JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a Production Support role.

Job Description Summary:

Modifies existing software/application programs or may write new programs to support user and management needs. Designs, tests, debugs, documents, and implements those programs. Consults with users to design, modify, and explain program changes or to provide technical support. Resolves problems which occur in production systems. Participates in formal and informal training programs.

Job Description:

Design, develop, test, integrate, and operate Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Blue Prism and other RPA technologies. Support, troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Setup, configure and ensure the operability of the environment. Understand industry trends, standards, and practices as they apply to.

The selected candidate will:

• Support, trouble-shoot and resolve production issues.

1. Allocate, maintain, and support servers and virtual machines running the environment.

1. Collaborating with onshore and offshore developers while operating the environment.

1. Assist with training and mentoring other team members.

1. Collaborating with internal technology teams to diagnose and resolve issues.

1. Work with outside vendors to diagnose and resolve issues.

1. Design, develop, unit test and integrate RPA solutions.

1. Participate in requirements definition.

1. Complete proof of concepts.

1. Learn new systems, application, technologies, and business domains.

1. Comply with all team and corporate standards and guidelines.

1. Complete tasks independently as well as in team setting.

1. Enjoy multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Course work toward a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or successful completion of Technology Bootcamp.

1. Minimum 4 years of experience in developing or operating web-based applications in a corporate environment.

1. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field

1. 1+ years developing RPA solutions using Blue Prism.

1. 1+ years developing JavaScript web applications.

1. 1+ years developing .Net applications (web based or desktop).

1. 1+ years developing VBA (Microsoft Office macros) applications.

1. 1+ years developing mainframe scripting applications (Passport, Attachmate).

1. 1+ years developing RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere, UIPath and/or Ruby Cucumber.

1. 1+ years integrating RPA solutions with various enterprise applications including ServiceNow, Salesforce, Hogan, Checkvision, and IBM Case Manager.

1. Must demonstrate a high level of attention to details and high-quality fit and finish with deliverables.

1. Must demonstrate ability to learn new technologies and tools.

1. Must demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

1. Must demonstrate the ability to balance both development and support roles.

1. Must demonstrate experience working with business segments.

1. Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others at multiple levels and roles.
