Major/Essential Functions
As the IT Support Specialist, everyday you will:- Provide support by conducting research, preparing reports, creating presentations, and coordinating efficiency within the Human Resources Systems team.
- Serve as the system administrator for the Campus Training Management System (TMS) which includes security access, technical support, training, and building and deployment of online content.
- Provides TMS system maintenance which includes upgrades, configuration, troubleshooting and user testing.
- Provide system support within the Human Resources department to include, system access, PC maintenance, and inventory.

To be successful in this role, you must,
- Be able to work independently and in a team.
- Be able to organize, coordinate, and prioritize tasks for the HR Systems team.
- Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office skills including excel, word, and powerpoint.
- Ability to clearly communicate information, ideas, and directions both orally and in writing.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and bias towards action in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Exercise judgment based on an understanding of organizational policies and activities.
- Have experience with desktop operating systems.
