IT Support Specialist/Help Desk - Old Colony Elder Services

OCES supports elders and individuals with disabilities by providing information and coordination of services promoting healthy, safe lives for our consumers. We want to help them stay as active and engaged in their lives and in their own communities.

OCES is looking for an IT Support Specialist responsible for providing "Help Desk" services and assisting users with application-related and equipment-related problems; assist with installation of new hardware and software.

What you'll do:

• Track help desk requests and ensure closure in a timely fashion.
• Assist with hardware installations and software
• Collaborate with team to provide support to onsite and remote
• Troubleshoot hardware and software

What you'll bring:

• Associates degree in computer-related discipline (bachelor's degree preferred)
• Current IT certifications (i.e., CompTIA A+, CCNA, Microsoft Fundamentals, etc.) preferred
• Experience in a networking
• Ability to assess issues and determine
• Ability to learn new applications
• Ability to travel and reliable means of
