IT Support Specialist at Precision Resources

Precision Resources, a division of The Trimarc Group Inc., is currently searching for an experienced IT Support Analyst for one of our clients in Birmingham, AL.  This is a contract to permanent role that will require onsite work every day.

Summary of Position:

• This position will provide first and second-level support for all client technical needs.
• Provides technical expertise for all network users in the areas of training, problem resolution, hardware and software upgrades.
• Application and hardware support. Desktop, printers, end-user management software, anti-virus/malware solutions.
• Evaluates all incidents, escalations, and tracking to completion.
• Use of IT Ticketing system such as SNOW, Remedy, Footprints for reporting SLA performance.
• Provides remote and desk-side support and resolutions pertaining to PCs, laptops, Citrix desktops, and other applications.
• Maintains, reconfigures, and upgrades all end user workstations as required.
• Deploys, configures, services, and manages end user printers and PCs. Working environment provides personal printers to some users, as well as several networked printers.
• Work on PC Staging, reimaging and user provisioning.

Requirements:

• US Citizenship or Green Card 
• Ability and desire to work onsite
• Successfully complete drug test and background check
