What You'll Do:

• Business Application Master:Become the internal go-to expert for our core business application. You'll ensure its smooth operation, security, and ongoing maintenance.
• Process Optimization Guru:Identify opportunities to leverage the application to streamline processes and solve business challenges.
• Solution Architect:Design and implement customized solutions within the application to deliver tangible value across the organization.
• Project Management Ace:Plan, execute, and manage application-related projects, ensuring they stay on track and within budget.
• Collaborative Spirit:Work seamlessly with internal teams, vendors, and consultants to achieve project goals.
• Integration Expert:Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application integrations with other systems.
• Data Wizard:Fulfill ad-hoc reporting needs and empower users to interpret data effectively.
• Knowledge Champion:Create and maintain clear user documentation and technical standards.

Who We're Looking For:

• Someone who takes initiative, not looking to be micromanaged, a real problem solver.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with our core business application (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Strong understanding of core application functionality, configuration, and customization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
