We are looking for multiple highly motivated client-site IT Support/IT Managers to join our rapidly growing IT & Cloud services team. Our ideal candidates are natural leaders with strong organizational and people skills, technical background, and passion for delivering the best possible results on time and within budget. You will be responsible for hands-on functionality including on-site property support, helpdesk/system admin work, networking & hardware tasks.

What You Will Be Doing
IT Support Managers are responsible for assisting in onsite & remote helpdesk support, system administration, end-user IT support, server & infrastructure tasks, network troubleshooting, configuration, printer deployment/troubleshooting, MS Office & other software support. You're also responsible for escalating issues when needed.
What You Need for this Position
Ideal candidates for this role will have 2+ years of IT support (Helpdesk, System Administration, etc.) experience in a professional environment. Travel, Hotel, or Hospitality experience is a big plus (Oracle Opera PMS, Simphony POS or related systems a plus). Hands on experience with tools like Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, print & file sharing. Office365, G-Suite and other email experience. Switches, Patch-Panels, cabling, Cat6 & protocols (i.e. TCP/IP). Remote management software experience, data recovery & data backup software experience (i.e. Barracuda, DATTO/Kaseya, etc.).
