Description
Responsibilities include: Installs, modifies, and makes minor repairs to microcomputer hardware and software systems and provides technical support to internal customers utilizing technology products. Responsibilities include:
• Provide second line of support to internal customers. Provide solutions to hardware and software issues.
• Install new software, hardware and peripheral components, such as monitors, keyboards, printers, and disk drives for customers following design or installation specifications.
• Answers client’s inquiries concerning systems operation’ diagnoses system hardware, software, and operator problems, and recommends or performs remedial actions to correct problems based on knowledge of system operation.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Must have good innovation, creativity, problem solving, negotiating, and teamwork, skills.
• Must have good time management, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Must display good presentation, change and conflict management, facilitation, and collaboration abilities.
• Must be able to provide Network and server support. Must strive to meet or exceed personal and team objectives.
• Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Refers to policies and practices for guidance.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00
