Compensation:$28-$35/hr
Location: ONSITE Houston, TX
IT Support Specialist
Inceed has partnered with a growing oil and gas company to help find a skilled IT Support Specialist to join their team!
This individual will be providing in person IT support for the employees in the Beaumont plant office. This is a team of two and an additional head count to a growing company!
Responsibilities:
- Manage Active Directory ticketing systems to troubleshooting requests for password resets, internet issues, and software and hardware installs and configurations
- Perform upgrades and evaluation and testing to hardware and software
- Manage mobile devices for 100+ company issued cell phones
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years experience in a desktop support or in person IT support position
- Experience working within Azure Cloud
- Experience supporting email platforms on premise and in the cloud
- Experience with Office 365
- Customer service focused mindset
- Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Intune Mobile Device Management
- Experience with network or systems management
- A+ certification or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
