- You don’t need to know it all from the get-go, but you have to be resourceful and able to use Google, etc., to seek out solutions and problem-solve readily.

Experience
- Administering and troubleshooting Mac computers. Your prior experience could include working in college at the computer center or providing Mac tech support in a professional role outside of school.
- Automating workflows (preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a professional environment with both highly technical staff and with executives; you have to be able to think on your feet, exude respect and responsiveness even under stress if your “client” has software that is crashing, and, ideally, have a warm, appropriate sense of humor to fall back on as you troubleshoot.

- Ability to work on-site 8 hours a day M-F in McLean, Virginia, although the times are somewhat flexible (this is not a remote or hybrid role; you will be supporting on-site clients)
- Proof of vaccination against Covid-19
- Ability to work now in the U.S. without any visa sponsorships (no OPT, F-1, H1-Bs, etc.)
- Eagerness to learn new skills and tech relevant to the job which will include automating complex workflows; Python or similar scripting; AirWatch or similar device management; Munki or similar package management; Puppet or similar configuration management.
