Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and goal-oriented IT Staffing Sales Account Executive to expand our IT client base. This individual will partner with businesses and clients to address IT staffing needs, from IT support roles to senior-level software engineering and analyst positions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong business development skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. PRIOR STAFFING SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and secure new IT staffing clients through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their IT staffing needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct client meetings throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area, including on-site visits and networking events.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing new business contracts.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure successful placement and client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and business development goals.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of IT staffing sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong business development, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required.
