State specific pay scales for this role are as follows:
$102,678 to $194,588 (CA, NJ, NY, WA, HI, AK, MD, CT, RI, MA)
$93,344 to $176,898 (NV, OR, AZ, CO, WY, TX, ND, MN, MO, IL, WI, FL, GA, MI, OH, VA, PA, DE, VT, NH, ME)
$84,009 to $159,208 (UT, ID, MT, NM, SD, SE, KS, OK, IA, AR, LA, MS, AL, TN, KY, IN, SC, NC, WV)
The expected base salary for this position will vary depending on a number of factors, including relevant experience, skills and location.
About the Job:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects forward using agile methodologies. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will track progress, work with Engineering and Product counterparts to manage timelines proactively and ensure effective resolution of issues. In addition, you may serve as the Scrum Master, facilitating various agile ceremonies, acting as a servant leader, and creating reports to showcase team productivity.

- Lead project planning, resource allocation, and monitoring to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget, utilizing agile principles.
- Motivate cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and deliverables, fostering a collaborative and agile working environment.
- Accountable for delivering technical projects on time, within budget, and with successful outcomes according to business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing scope management, deliverables, milestones, resource management, finance, and quality management, in an agile context.
- Manage multiple projects/scrum teams simultaneously, ensuring effective adherence to Agile practices.
- Facilitate backlog grooming sessions with cross-functional teams to ensure clear priorities, understanding, and dependencies before sprint planning.
- Appropriately engages all organizations to ensure effective adherence to completing PDLC governance.
- Maintain and prioritize the requirements backlog, ensuring alignment with technical and operational needs.
- Collaborate with Product Management to help drive sprint planning sessions to set development teams up for success in meeting their commitments.
- Proactively remove impediments for project teams to ensure continuous workflow.
- Monitor and communicate project health, managing interdependencies, and defining critical milestones.
- Conduct retrospectives, drive continuous improvements, and share best practices within the organization.
- Uphold the company's commitment to risk management and data integrity.
Education:
Preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certifications
Experience:
Minimum
- Minimum 8 years of Agile, Scrum, project management, or related experience with a software development team that applied Scrum principles, practices, and theories.
- Proven track record of leading agile transformations by successfully coaching and transitioning teams, programs, and portfolios at all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
- Proficiency with MS Project, Jira and Confluence.
Preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certifications (preferred).
- 2 or more years of experience managing infrastructure and/or application development projects.

- Ability to influence without authority, be an effective negotiator, and communicate with various organizational levels, including cross-functionally, at the frontline, and with senior leadership.
- Demonstrate high level of interpersonal skill used to build relationships and manage conflict within the team and cross-functionally. Well-developed capacity for emotional intelligence.
