IT Specialist (Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.5, Custom Oracle Financials, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL) - MVP Consulting

The duties of the consulting resources would be to provide techno-functional assistance to NYSIF's business users, gather requirements (business and technical) for the Oracle Financials IT team and test & provide support in the following:

• Requirement gathering for custom NYSIF Oracle Financials applications
• Creation of Technical/Functional documentation for existing and new custom workflow implementation.
• Implementation/Maintenance of custom NYSIF applications in E-Business suite.
• Provide support to maintain approval management hierarchy using AME (Approval Management Engine).
• Supporting Finance users with month/year end activities like closing periods and books.
• Create/Maintain Oracle stored procedures and packages for NYSIF custom applications
• Provide support for changes in Oracle Financials configurations and setups
• Create new or re-structure existing financial reporting queries to reconcile transactions against source systems.
• Support Data warehouse extraction processes for business reporting.
• Unit testing for custom NYSIF applications
• The consultant will adhere to NYSIF's application development standards, including, but not limited to, project management methodology, SDLC (software development life cycle), Oracle Financials standards and the IT governance process.

Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.

Expert 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

1. 36 months experience in Innotas
2. 36 months experience with Spotfire reporting tool
3. 36 months experience with State Workers Compensation Insurance to maintain and support the accounting of claims / payments
4. 84 months experience with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.5
5. 84 months experience with Custom Oracle Financials application development
6. 84 months experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL
7. 84 months experience with Oracle Workflow Builder, Oracle Report Builder and Oracle Forms
8. 84 months experience with working with users to determine software requirements.
9. 84 months experience configuring Oracle Financials AP,GL,CM, AR, PO (Purchasing), iExpense and FA modules
10. 60 months experience with AME (Approval Management Engine)
