IT Specialist - Zachary Piper LLC

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an IT Specialist to join a 7-year DoD program contract job opportunity supporting the USMC located in Kansas City, MO. The IT Specialist will assist the USMC by providing IT support. This is a great opportunity to gain experience and grow within the Intelligence Community.

Responsibilities for the IT Specialist include:

• Assist with IT support for devices/technologies including laptops, desktops, printers, mobile phones, and other MCEN network devices with a focus on networks

• Assist with coding, testing, implementation, and documentation projects 

• Ensure plans and solutions meet customer needs and expectations

• Assist with VoIP and VTC activities, support, and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications for the IT Specialist include:

• 1+ Years of IT Support experience

• Experience with network admin and/or network troubleshooting

• Active IAT I or II Certification: CompTIA Security+, A+, Net+, CCNA Security, CySA+, or equivalent/higher

• Must have an Active SECRET Clearance

Preferred Qualifications for the IT Specialist include:

• Experience supporting the military with IT operations, communications, or other tech support

• CCNA or Microsoft Certification

Compensation for the IT Specialist include:

• Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 **depending on experience**
