This position is located at Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION. The incumbent will be responsible for providing end user training for supported applications as well as staying up to date on current trends, application development and rules regarding e-discovery.
Responsibilities
As an IT Specialist (DATAMGT), you will:
- Serve as subject matter expert (SME) on litigation support services provided by Legal Technology Group; provide on-going advice and assistance to legal staff on applying and integrating technological capabilities throughout every aspect of case investigation and litigation support; manage automated litigation support systems installed for use across the Bureau including reviewing and maturing systems capabilities.
- Lead the implementation of litigation support applications including Legal Hold Notification, Microsoft Purview Compliance Portal, Relativity, IPRO, eCapture, Nexidia; effectively triage and assess end user and application related technical issues or problems and apply the appropriate domain expertise to resolve; continuously evolve knowledge of litigation technologies and best practices leveraging them to continuously improve the Bureau's litigation posture.
- Evaluate background information on case or project and make recommendations concerning scope, feasibility, and level of effort.
