Job Summary:
This role provides assistance to MDRR by addressing IT help desk requests. As the first point of contact, the IT Support Specialist is responsible for handling help desk tickets and troubleshooting issues via phone and email. They act as a liaison between the system and end-users to ensure that their needs are met. Additionally, they may offer support for system implementation and support for system implementation and training.
Essential Job Functions:
- Operating a helpdesk ticketing system
- Handling first-level helpdesk requests
- Assigning priorities to helpdesk requests
- Providing support for Office 365
- Setting up new employees' PCs, email accounts, phones, and other IT onboarding processes
- Installing and supporting all PC applications
- Deploying and ensuring adherence to company standards and laptop platforms
- Providing support for iOS and Android devices
- Creating and updating IT system documentation
- Providing on-site support for remote locations as needed
- Maintaining server-based network printers and configurations on Windows servers
- Providing support and resolutions for desktop networking issues
- Maintaining updates of all hardware and software throughout the organization
- Working with vendors for support of cloud and SaaS systems
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- High School diploma or GED
- Two years of experience in an IT capacity
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- May be required to work after-hours
- Experience with Office 365
- Familiar with VOIP phone systems
- A+ certification or equivalent experience
- Able to support Windows Operating System - 10
- Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally via email and telephone in English. A second language is a plus.

Additional Information:
- Salary Range: $34.62 - $36.06 per hour
- Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm; may be occasionally required to work after hours
