Responsibilities:- Receiving basic support requests from end-users for software applications
- Creating and managing software requests
- Providing basic software support and troubleshooting
- Serve as a team member, potentially guiding contingent workers indirectly.
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency with software and hardware renewals preferred.
- IT asset management experience preferred.
- Microsoft Office suite including O365.
