Due to continued revenue growth, we are looking to hire a IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) to serve as a point of escalation and collaborate on projects with Senior Project Engineers. These projects include migrations (M365), virtualizations (P2V and V2V via Hyper-V), and cloud computing (Azure deployments). In short, Desktop Engineers are modernizing IT infrastructures for their clients and providing advanced support.
We are only considering candidates who live within 15 miles of Lake Dallas, TX and have previous MSP experience.
IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of previous MSP experience
- Configure and install various computer and Windows servers
- Migrate M365 / Azure deployments (Intune and MDM) on a team
- Knowledge of Hyper-V and VMware
- Install and maintain approved security tools, and policies, and follow procedures to implement
- Support, configure, maintain, and upgrade corporate customer’s networks and in-house servers
- Install and integrate new server hardware and applications under the supervision of a more senior engineer
