We are seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team!
This is a remote position.

Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s Degree preferred.
- Prior Help Desk/Service Desk Support experience required.
- Windows Laptop or Desktop support experience required.
- Windows based printer installation/troubleshooting experience required
- Experience with Microsoft office, Outlook and Active Directory accounts preferred.
- Service Desk + or Help Desk Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting the Ernest Service Desk function to provide support for our customers, including Ernest Hospital Staff, Employees, Vendors and other supporting staff (vendors and consulting medical staff). This position will be responsible for problem identification, issue documentation, communication with customers and other IT support staff to resolve IT hardware/application issues. This position will also be responsible for user/hardware requests to initiate the fulfillment of Ernest staff requirements. The service desk analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for the documentation and resolution of tier one issues and will need to have exceptional customer service/communication skills.
