Job Description:
As an IT Security Analyst II, you will play a vital role in ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's information systems. Key responsibilities include:
Collaborating cross-functionally with the information security team, EIT division, and business units.
Identifying, mitigating, resolving, and managing information security risks.
Providing guidance on mandatory and recommended security and IAM controls.
Collaborating with project teams to interpret security risks and define mitigation strategies.
Maintaining continuity and consistency across all business unit information protection programs.
Managing information security risk identification, mitigation, acceptance, monitoring, and reporting processes.
Collaborating with Governance, Risk, and Performance team on metrics and reporting.
Planning, executing, and managing projects related to risk management, compliance, and user awareness.
Developing and driving security strategies, policies/standards, and ensuring the effectiveness of solutions.
Providing security-focused consultative services to the organization.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Clear understanding of IT audit methodologies.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Knowledge in auditing, internal audit standards, fraud awareness, and enterprise risk management
3+ years of combined IT audit and security work experience with exposure to systems analysis, application development, and database administration, and 1 year of experience with IT security.
Desired professional certification in audit and/or technical security areas
