Summary
The Health Care Company QA Department is looking for a Sr. Software QA Engineer who has strong technical skills and experience in software quality assurance for applications - Optum Pharmacy and Mail Order Systems

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze system requirements and technical specifications
• Lead the offshore QA team in test planning and test case creation
• Provide walkthroughs/presentations to related teams of test plan, test case and test results
• Defect management and tracking work closely with development teams and PMs.
• Work with business users during UAT phase and provide IT QA support to UAT team
• In-depth understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Provide technical support to team members for technical questions

Qualifications:

• 5 + years of software quality experience
• 5 + years of experience in test planning, test case creation and execution
• 5+ years of experience in relational database (MS SQL or Oracle)
• 5+ years of experience in SQL or PL/SQL
• Experience in web services testing (SOA, Oracle Service Bus, BPEL, XML)
• Knowledge of QA automation tools, such as (Client QTP, Load Runner etc.)
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• B.S degree in computer science or equivalent degree is required

Assets:

• Programming experience is a big plus (such as: Java, .Net, SQL, PL/SQL, Scripting languages etc.)
• Experience of Oracle E-Business and SCM
