As an IT Project Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our IT projects. You will collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to provide support, coordination, and administrative assistance throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing IT projects.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely project completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and provide support in project scoping and planning.
• Track project progress and report on key milestones and issues.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and accessible to team members.
• Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate risks and issues to project managers for resolution.
• Participate in project meetings and document meeting minutes.
• Perform other project-related administrative tasks as needed.
