Objective:
Radiant Global Logistics, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-function teams to manage resources, mitigate risks, and ensure project completion on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in IT systems, project management methodologies, and a proven track record of driving successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
As an IT Project Manager, you will:
- Lead & Manage Projects: Take ownership of all aspects of assigned projects, including defining scope, managing budgets, and setting timelines to ensure project success.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, quality issues, and dependencies that could impact project schedules or deliverables.
- Roadmap & Dependency Analysis: Work with product owners and technical teams to analyze project roadmaps, identity critical dependencies, and develop effective action plans.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between business teams and technical teams, managing expectations and ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Collaboration & Process Optimization: Partner with internal technical teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to refine processes, resolve blockers, and ensure projects are executed according to plan.
- Performance Tracking: Monito project progress through various metrics, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery and continuously improving performance.
- Facilitate Meetings & Problem Solve: Lead project meetings, remove bottlenecks, and drive solutions to maintain momentum and project success.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certifications: PMI, PMP, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Proven Experience: Extensive experience in IT project management, particularly in system implementation or software development projects.
- Preferred Experience: Background in supply chain management and logistics is highly desirable.
- Project Management Expertise: Proficient in popular project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Airtable.
- Methodology Knowledge: Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and resolve conflicts while driving project success.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Expertise in roadmap analysis dependency management, and process optimization.
- Resource & Time Management: Proven ability to allocate resources effectively, manage project timelines, and meet deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and adapt solutions to overcome challenges in fast-paced environments.
- Multi-tasking: Capable of handling multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to all levels of the organization.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, in-office position (minimum 8 hours per day).
- Flexibility to complete all required job duties while ensuring responsibilities are covered during absences.
Physical Requirements:
