About the Job
Our client is seeking Project Managers (Level 1 & 2) for multi year contracts. These roles will be hybrid (onsite and remote) in the clients New York City locations.
*Lead and oversee complex, enterprise-wide technical and business initiatives.
* Implement innovative IT solutions within clinical and laboratory environments, working closely with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.

- Develop and manage project plans, charters, timelines, requirements, risk mitigation, deployment, and support plans.
- Coordinate and oversee the deployment of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases, ensuring compatibility, scalability, and security.
- Conduct requirements gathering, business analysis, and create functional requirements and use case documents.
- Manage system integration efforts to ensure seamless interoperability.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies and platforms for project implementation.
- Lead vendor management, ensuring compliance with t IT standards and cybersecurity requirements.
- Develop rollout strategies, oversee testing, and facilitate device deployment.
- Maintain and update project schedules and documentation in project management tools.
- Conduct status meetings and provide detailed project updates to stakeholders and executive management.
- Triage issues and manage support for IT applications.
- - Provide strategic planning and lead end-to-end project management.
- - Supervise Level I Project Managers and cross-departmental teams.
- - Ensure alignment of projects with organizational goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
**For Level I Project Managers:**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of:
- Leading IT projects in complex, enterprise environments.
- Developing project artifacts (e.g., charters, plans, timelines, risk mitigation strategies).
- Requirements gathering and business analysis.
- IT network architecture and protocols (health lab experience preferred).
- Working with vendors and healthcare equipment providers.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- PMP, PMI, or related certification preferred.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
**For Level II Project Managers:**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of:
- Leading large-scale IT projects with enterprise-wide impact.
- Creating detailed project plans, timelines, and risk management frameworks.
- Requirements gathering and documentation.
- IT network architecture with health laboratory expertise.
- Experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and healthcare devices.
- Managing vendor contracts and leading technical teams.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical or public health environments.
- At least 2 years of team leadership experience.
- PMP, PMI, or equivalent certification required.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Superior organizational, collaborative, and interpersonal skills.
