About the Job
- Lead IT projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies
- Apply agile methodologies to manage sprints, backlogs, and progress tracking
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within defined scope and quality parameters
- Manage an offshore development team based in India, ensuring clear communication and task prioritization
- Coordinate with internal developers, UX designers, and testers to meet project objectives
- Address roadblocks and foster collaboration across teams
- Oversee projects involving billing systems, .NET applications, and Salesforce implementations/enhancements
- Understand technical constraints and dependencies to guide project execution effectively
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on project progress, risks, and resolutions
- Maintain project documentation, including status reports, issue logs, and risk mitigation plans
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management and/or business analysis
- The ideal candidate has experience in billing systems, .NET applications, and/or Salesforce projects and is adept at coordinating offshore and internal development teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
- Experienced with all phases of SDLC and able to coordinate with various roles
- Experience working with offshore teams and managing distributed resources
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend solutions
- Proficiency in creating detailed project documentation, workflows, and user stories
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification
- Salesforce Admin or related certification (preferred but not required)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
