Technical Screening:
Elaboration on Experience: Candidates should be prepared to discuss their past projects and roles in detail. This includes specific technologies used, the scope of their work, and the impact of their contributions on the overall project. Real-world examples and case studies can effectively illustrate their expertise and problem-solving abilities.
Evaluating the Thought Process:
It’s crucial to understand not just what candidates know, but how they think. Interviewers will pose technical challenges or hypothetical scenarios to see how candidates approach problem-solving. This includes:
