IT Project Manager/Business Analyst - Inceed

Compensation: $65-$75/hr
Location: Houston, TX (onsite schedule, potential domestic travel)
IT Project Manager/Business Analyst

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Project Manager/Business Analyst to join their team! This role will focus on managing key projects, including SAP initiatives, disaster recovery, and custom application development. The successful candidate will also take on business analyst responsibilities, such as gathering requirements and assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This is an exciting opportunity for a multifaceted project manager with strong communication skills who enjoys working on multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage multiple critical IT projects, including SAP, disaster recovery, and custom application development
• Gather and analyze business requirements, and support UAT for project success
• Ensure project timelines and goals are met, managing both technical and business aspects of projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to ensure all project requirements are clear and understood
• Communicate project updates and progress to leadership and key stakeholders

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Experience managing SAP projects
• Proven track record in disaster recovery project management
• Strong background in custom application development projects
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• Business analyst experience, especially in gathering and documenting requirements
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
