Must Haves:
- Proven experience in managing several integrated systems simultaneously
- Strong background in developing and delivering training programs
- Extensive experience with SAP implementations and integrations
- Demonstrated success in operationalizing new systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Manage the entire project life cycle for small to medium-sized projects
- Oversee systems integration initiatives, particularly those involving multiple integrated systems
- Develop and implement training programs for new systems and processes
- Lead SAP-related projects and integrations
- Operationalize new systems, ensuring smooth transition from development to production
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met
