About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Set up project goals and develop comprehensive plans to achieve them, considering scope, resources, and timelines.
- Maintain project timelines and provide regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and any deviations from the plan.
- Manage resources effectively, including time charging, to ensure optimal project performance and budget utilization.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, adjusting as necessary to accommodate changing requirements or constraints.
- Align individual responsibilities within the project team, clarifying roles and expectations to promote collaboration and accountability.
- Utilize project management tools such as Teamwork, Microsoft Project, and Excel to track project performance and facilitate communication.
- Conduct risk assessments for projects, identifying potential risks and proactively addressing them to minimize impact on project outcomes.
- Organize meetings to track project goals, facilitate decision-making, and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
- Provide weekly status updates to senior-level management, presenting key metrics, milestones achieved, and upcoming deliverables.
- Manage project budgets through tools like Clarity, monitoring expenditures and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
- Proactively identify and escalate project issues, collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, fostering open dialogue and transparency within the project team and across organizational levels.
- Manage expectations with the project team, ensuring clarity around objectives, priorities, and performance standards.
- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Teamwork, Microsoft Project, Excel, and Clarity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and facilitate discussions among diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a focus on fostering teamwork, collaboration, and accountability.
- Proactive mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and drive continuous improvement within the project management process.
