8:30 AM–5:00 PM (M-F) (EST)

Employment Type: Contract (3–6 months with potential for extension)

Pay Range: $65,000-$75,000

Position Overview:
The IT Project Manager will oversee and manage multiple projects within the IT and development space, ensuring deadlines are met, priorities are clear, and communication is streamlined across teams. This role requires someone who can thrive in a high-energy environment, work well with technical teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects on time and within budget
• Act as the primary point of contact between development/DevOps teams and stakeholders
• Manage project tracking tools, including Jira and Azure DevOps, to ensure progress is documented and deadlines are met
• Facilitate task prioritization and resolve issues to maintain project momentum
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and project deliverables
• Conduct post-mortems to identify successes and areas for improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, ideally with 5+ years of experience managing IT and software development projects
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Kanban) and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage both short-term and long-term projects in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with development team workflows and task management processes is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
