What is the specific title of the position? Junior Project Manager
What Project/Projects will the candidate be working on while on assignment?
This candidate will be playing a supporting role for a Senior Project Manager and a Senior Business Lead on a back-end system migration project.
Is this person a sole contributor or part of a team?
If so, please describe the team? (Name of team, size of team, etc.) The individual will be part of a larger project team that will consist of 50 people. However, their primary interactions will be with the Senior Project Manager and the Senior Business Lead and some focused groups for tasks they will be assigned.
What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position?
(Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)
• The responsibilities will include capturing meeting minutes, scheduling meetings (both onsite and virtual), working with the project leads to build documentation to prepare for meetings, potentially leading small meetings with a focused outcome, managing tasks assigned to this individual by the project leads, specific project research, etc. This role will not be expected to lead project related activities on their own or without the direction of the project leads.
What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities? Microsoft Word, OneNote, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
What skills/attributes are a must have?
Need the individual to be willing to learn, a fast learner, someone who is willing to jump in given the direction provided, flexible to change, intuitive thinker, and thrives in a fast paced environment, etc.
