Key Responsibilities

Program Management:

• Manage multiple, interdependent IT projects
  
  
• Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines
  
  
• Monitor program progress

Stakeholder Management

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, and senior leadership on project updates, risks, and impacts
  
  
• Facilitate cross-departmental cooperation and manage expectations

Resource & Vendor Management

• Allocate and manage internal and external resources efficiently
  
  
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships, ensuring service levels are met
  
  
• Negotiate contracts, SOWs, and vendor deliverables

Requirements & Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in IT project/program management.
  
  
• Proven experience managing large-scale IT programs with multiple workstreams

Certifications:

• PMP, PgMP, ITIL, or Agile certifications preferred.

Skills:

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  
  
• Exceptional communication skills
  
  
• IT background of apparel / fashion industry business processes preferred
  
  
• Understanding of IT infrastructure preferred
