The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT program management, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT program strategies that align with the company's objectives.
• Oversee the successful execution of multiple IT projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Lead and mentor project managers and IT teams.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure IT programs support business needs.
• Manage program budgets, timelines, resources, and risks.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT program management.
• Facilitate communication and reporting on program progress to stakeholders and executive management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within IT programs.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the IT department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in IT program management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and technology trends.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale IT programs and delivering results.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Professional certification in project or program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is highly desirable.
