About the Job
Seeking an Information Technology Operations Manager for our Philadelphia, PA office. This position is designated as hybrid (3 days week/in office). This position will manage our Mid-Atlantic/ Southeast region with 3 direct reports (Support Specialists) and 800+ endusers in multiple offices from Lawrenceville, NJ to Florida. This is a Hands-On working manager role. Occasional travel to the sites is required.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Management of related remote support personnel
- Monitor ITSM app and emails for incidents, service requests and assign to group members
- Ticket and inventory management
- Hardware break fix support
- Mobile device support
- AV systems support
- Application deployment and support
- Onboard/offboard support
- Project support, as needed
- Conduct weekly group meetings and weekly task review meetings
- Complete bi-monthly one-on-ones with team members
- Annual career conversation and mid-year review with team
- Budget review
- Hardware refresh review
- Infrastructure systems support when requested
- Timecard and expense report review and approval
- Infrastructure support when requested
- Vendor management, as needed
- Project management, as needed
- Cross-functional collaboration with other IT disciplines
- Support mergers and acquisition processes, as needed
- Travel to support regional offices and regional staff is required. There is the potential to work evening or weekend hours
Required Experience:
- 10+ years direct management as an IT Operations - end users support service role, including management of related support personnel and support of C-level executives. At least 5 of the most recent years must be in a management position of similar responsibility
- Prior experience with engineering and construction management based soft application is highly desired
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, related degree, or equivalent experience
- Experience working in a medium to large corporate environment
