IT Manager
Exempt, Full-Time | Reports to: Chief Technology Officer

Reporting to the CTO, the IT Manager works directly with the outsourced IT and Security teams and the internal and client delivery team members to improve the delivery of technical services while ensuring the lowest risk environment to serve our clients and their patients.
Candidate should be able to demonstrate previous Information technology support experience, aptitude and ability to manage team members and execute projects with effective methodologies. Must have the proven ability to identify root causes, apply solutions, and prioritize the needs of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage 1-2 internal team members and outsourced IT team members with company culture at the forefront
- Identify and define technical improvement opportunities for organizational and security concerns
- Developing and implementing IT policies and best practices, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
- Planning and managing multiple projects with deadlines
- Lead, define, and implement security requirements as determined by Security committee
- Communicate and report to JTS management team utilizing defined management methodologies and priorities
- Comply with IT budget to align with the needs of the business
- Coordinate and prioritize IT service delivery requirements
- Provide content & access management for company SharePoint site adhering to privacy & security guidelines
- Be an active and engaged member of the security committee
- Provide executive reporting for internal IT expenses and service delivery
- Manage and collaborate with development team members
- Special projects and other duties as assigned
Technical Experience & Skills:
- Proficient to Expert in Microsoft Azure Administration & Infrastructure
- Proficient in MS Tools & Applications (Team, Outlook, PowerBI, Forms, Lists, etc)
- Budgeting & Projections
- HIPAA
- Experience with ISO 27001/2 or related Security certifications & maintenance
- Hardware & End User support

- Demonstrated Project Management experience
- 5+ years of information technology; 1+ year project management or management experience
- College degree and applicable IT certifications - BA or BS degree or technical certifications
- Onsite position with work from home ability; limited travel may be required
