IT Manager - Talis Group

Talis Group’s Louisville, KY client company is a well-established third-party logistics provider specializing in distribution and supply chain management services.  The company is looking for an IT Manager to oversee the software and hardware processes for the company. They will handle all internal and external needs for all computer and network systems.

HIGHLIGHTED DUTIES

• Manage and coordinate IT systems for 2 sites
• Manage IT Help Desk to ensure end-user needs are met
• Maintain multiple programs
• Create various reports
• Set up new programs
• Assess costs by analyzing IT infrastructure and systems performance
• Monitor, identify and correct errors in systems
• Communicate and coordinate with multiple vendors and management to ensure all hardware and software needs are met

 HIGHLIGHTED REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in IT
• 4+ years’ experience in IT (both software applications & hardware usage)
• Experience managing multiple sites
• Experience in the logistics industry a plus
