Core Responsibilities: Oversee IT operations critical to property management, from handling access inquiries to sophisticated network management and cybersecurity. Lead the technological integration and system enhancements to support our growing property management portfolio.
Technology Proficiency: Experience with database management, and system integration is vital. Knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft Stack, and familiarity with compliance and licensing in a Microsoft environment is crucial.
Operational Leadership: Managing support tickets (25 per day), overseeing domain migration, and advancing our disaster recovery plans to support property management objectives.
