Daikin Applied's IT Team is growing! We are seeking an IT Manager - HCM (Human Capital Management). In this highly critical and visible role, he or she will be responsible for guiding the organization through our journey to implement new HCM solutions. This exciting role is a mix of big-picture HCM architectural knowledge, and day to day execution of project related activities such as intake meetings, knowledge transfer sessions from various business stakeholders, and timeline and budget management etc. This individual will maintain open and constructive communications with a multitude of business leaders to ensure that the HCM solutions we implement will astutely address company needs. He or she should have the ability to understand optimal HCM implementation standards, and ensure that delivery timelines are met.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Design and Implement company-wide HCM (Human Capital Management) solutions
* Deliver operational excellence by planning, organizing, and managing staff and overall operations to ensure the stable and secure operation of Daikin Applied’s IT functions pertaining to business functional areas
* Support business activity by providing project resources and project management to implement the requirements of prioritized business and IT projects
* Build and develop a high performing team that meets or exceeds client expectations
* Manage the day-to-day operation and support of Business functional areas
* In conjunction with the IT leadership, design and implement short-term strategic plans to ensure IT functions for business functional areas meets existing and future requirements
* Participate in the development of overall IT strategies in collaboration with IT Leadership
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university (Computer Science or related)
* 5 Years of HCM Implementation experience or similar (Workday, PeopleSoft, UKG, etc.)
* 5 Years of IT project leadership experience
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
* Masters Degree
* Workday experience
* SAP experience
