We invite you to put your talents and career in motion at Flowserve. **Role Summary:** Reporting to the IT Vice-President, this role will provide strategic, analytic, and IT support assistance to the Enterprise Support for Information Technologies Group. This role requires strategic thinking, strong problem-solving skills, ownership, and collaboration skills. **Responsibilities:** + Manage a team. + Manage projects and initiatives. + Analyze support data and create/provide weekly updates/monthly reports using ServiceNow data. + Handle business-critical IT tasks. + Excellent communications skills within IT, leadership, and with business leaders. + Issue resolution skills. **Requirements:** + Applicants should hold a B.S. or B.A. Degree in a related field, accompanied by at least 7 years of experience in IT. + Prior management experience. + Data Analysis skills. + Experience in SAP or Oracle ERP. + 3+ years of issue resolution experience. + Demonstrated strong analytical thinking / problem-solving skills. + Proven Leadership. + Ability and willingness to travel globally and as needed (less than 20%). + Exciting opportunity available for an in-office role at our World Headquarters. **Preferred Skills/Experience:** + Project Management experience. + Manufacturing industry experience. **Benefits:** + Flowserve offers competitive pay, annual bonuses, medical benefits on day 1, generous paid vacation time, paid holidays, 401(k) and many other excellent benefits! **Req ID** : R-9765 **Job Family Group** : Information Technology **Job Family** : IT Information Systems Operations EOE including Disability/Protected Veterans.
