We currently have an opening for an IT Manager, Enterprise application development in our Troy, Ohio Plant. This position is 100% on-site. We are looking for technical project manager who worked on enterprise application platforms developed over 2 decades especially using Microsoft Technology Stack, including .Net, SharePoint, and Azuren
In this position you will:
- Manage the ideation, solutioning, design development, quality assurance, hyper care, training and transition of projects in MES and ancillary systems
- Work with offshore and onsite teams - Staff and train these teams
- Manage resourcing, costs, timelines and quality of deliverables
- Should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications:
Education: At least Bachelor's Degree in Computers and Information Systems or equivalent experience. Certification in Project Management is plus.
Experience and skills:
At least 15+ years of overall IT experience with 10+ years of experience managing enterprise application specially using Microsoft technology stack including .NET, SharePoint and Azure, oracle and SQL Server database
Must have hands-on exposure on .Net, .Net Core, MVC, C#, MVC, REST API, Webservices, Angular 2+
Experience in Oracle and SQL Database on Windows/Linux, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, AngularJs
Building metrics using MS ADO is plus
Understanding of MS Azure, AD, Storage, Azure SQL & Functions along with cloud security principles and best practices
Exposure on MS Visio + UML & MS Project is a plus
Experience in development and support of MES systems
Ability to manage offshore and onshore multi-vendor teams
Hands on experience in SDCL/Stage gate process is preferred
Experience in handling multiple projects (small to large) and multiple cross functional teams
Expertise in project planning, data/process flow diagrams, project budgeting, preparing project Gantt/time lines, resource planning
Experience in writing technical and functional documentation
Strong presentation, oral and written communication skills
Understanding of SCM (OM, Shipping, Inventory, BOM) is a plus
