About the Job
An excellent firm is ready to hire an IT MANAGER. The ideal candidate will maintain a secure network across several offices in the greater Atlanta area. The IT Manager will work closely with the internet provider, vendors and the team at the firm.
Responsibilites and Qualifications:

- Maintain the server room and networking area.
- Serve as a resource for all internal users providing software and hardware support as applicable.
- Identify problems, develop and implement solutions.
- Communicate effectively between the technical team and senior management.
- Knowledge and experience to handle daily technical support, including performing minor hardware replacements and re-installations as well as answering employee questions
- Knowledge of Atlas or other IT ticketing software
- Proficient with MS Office products
- Experience administering common legal-field software applications, such as iManage, ShareFile, Litigation software, etc.
- Networking/hardware installation experience to be able to tag team with remote network engineers when equipment needs to be installed in the outer offices
- Experience administering VOIP phone systems
- Familiarity with DaaS, IaaS, VDIs. Hands-on experience a plus.
- Strong creative and analytical thinking skills
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel to outer offices to address equipment issues, meet with vendors, etc.
- Ability to work overtime and after hours and weekends as the need arises
