A License Administrator job is currently available at Belcan in Evendale, OH 45215. This is a full time, direct hire position with full benefits. To be considered for this role, you must be a US citizen and must possess an S/SSBI Government clearance or be willing to obtain one. Additionally, you must hold a current CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent or be willing to obtain one.Job Responsibilities:* Support the tracking of asset inventory to reflect the actual entitlement counts that are in use or available for use in the production environment.* Engage the greater Edison Works Digital Technology team, vendors, open side licensing teams, users, and Sourcing teams to execute on responsibilities.* Ability to troubleshoot licensing related issues within the usage of the various licensed software products that may disrupt operations.* Maintain the day-to-day execution of multiple interdependent license and software related projects.Job Qualifications and Requirements:* Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience and proficiency in software inventory and compliance best practices, including license modeling, entitlement reconciliation, license optimization, and usage tracking* More than two (2) years" experience managing FLEX LM, Open IT, ServiceNow Software Asset Management module, and software licensing models and solutions* More than two (2) years" experience using Windows and Linux operating systems* Experience working within an ITIL Framework including Change Management* Must be US persons and have (or be eligible to obtain) a DoD Secret security clearance, with an investigation date within the last five years* Must be willing to obtain and maintain a CompTIA Security+ certificationPreferred Requirements:* Experience with using ServiceNow's Asset Management Modules* Strong documentation skills to support the creation of standard operating procedures* Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills* Strong organizational and task management skills to support an efficient workflow* Strong communication skills to produce and deliver presentations and training on new capability implementations and system changes* Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearlyWe provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $75,000 to $95,000.
