Project Description –
Paid Membership Engagement: As a Product Manager on the Paid Membership Engagement team, you will play a key role in helping to drive high value interactions with our Paid Member audience. You will own product strategy and concept from start to launch while working close with a cross-functional teams of stakeholders and team members to ensure we are delivering the high value work, sooner and with the highest-quality. You will leverage deep knowledge of product metrics and results-driven decision-making frameworks to help design, build, launch and iterate on new experiences that delight and engage our *** Paid Members.
This role is hybrid, which means you must be located within a drivable distance to one of our *** corporate offices (in priority order) Richfield, MN, Atlanta, GA, or Seattle, WA. You may be asked to come into the office up to three days per week.
Position Summary/Job Description:

• Demonstrate empathy for customers and steer strategies to build customer trust
• Demonstrate the test / learn / iterate mindset
• Lead teams to innovate and transform by embracing new ways of working
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities to improve retention
• Partner with cross-functional teams (decision science, marketing, product, engineering, operations) to identify and deliver experiences that improve customer engagement and retention
• Design models, success metrics, and reporting to measure the performance of engagement and retention campaigns and overall program effectiveness
• Create test plans to optimize campaign audience selection

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• 2+ yrs. relevant experience in strategy creation, customer focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership, etc.
• Collaborative personality with excellent leadership, verbal and written communication skills

What are some preferred/nice to have skills the manager is looking for?
• 8+ years directly related experience
• 4+ years of people management and team leadership experience
• 3+ years leadership and people management
