Required Qualifications
- 10 + years' experience in program/ project management with a strong track record for on-time and on-budget performance while leading large & complex infrastructure technology refresh and greenfield deployments.
- 5+ years people leadership & career development required.
- Master's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or related discipline is required.
- Be able to view the high-level picture and able to be trying out process with technology.
- AWS Infrastructure project experience required.
- Prepare infrastructure estimates for vendor RFPs and review proposals. Includes, site visits, subcontractor and vendor bid solicitation, and preparing bid documents.
- Primary liaison with vendor and GF Infra teams throughout their upgrade process to insure timely delivery. Includes monitoring or providing inputs for utility strategic planning, design, schedules, installation, and commissioning.
- Self-starter with the ability to adapt interpersonal styles and techniques to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and diligent.

- Experience in successfully managing cloud, server, storage, virtualization, security, backup, networks, or data center migrations.

- Strong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously.
- Own and manage the Project plan, financials, projections, issue/dependency tracking, resourcing, and timelines.
- Guide team members from concept to implementation phases and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Work closely with project team members, subject matter experts, business counterparts, and management to ensure timely status reporting and issue resolution.
- Provide consistent and clear communications between all project stakeholders and report on progress to the Executive Steering Committee.
- Conduct technical design discussions on integrations, data conversions, and workflow.
- Advanced knowledge of office productivity & project management tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, ServiceNow, and SharePoint.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams. Keen attention to detail and proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Good to have experience in managing a semi-conductor or manufacturing industry projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification with Agile Scrum Master is preferred.
- Good to have Cloud/ Microsoft /VMware /Cisco certifications with strong understanding of latest technologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint)
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
- Must be comfortable in matrix management environments and work effectively with others in managing complex projects and proven track record of successfully leading teams of consultants through entire project life cycle process.
