24/7 rotational shift (Shift 1 (8 AM 5 PM), Shift 2 (4 PM 1 AM), Shift 3 (12 AM 9 AM))
Technical Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of experience IT infrastructure operations for a large enterprise
- Experience building, managing and reporting Shift s. Ability to support any given shift based on rotation roaster.
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux, Middleware, Database, Active Directory, networking concepts, security principles, and devops practices
- Ability to manage by influence (e.g., matrix management, vendor management, partnering with shared services teams)
- Experience with AWS and VMware based data center environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage in a changing environment
- Ability to understand the technologies and the business drivers and communicate clearly to the implementation teams and the business
