IT Infrastructure Director, Network and Cybersecurity - AGM Tech Solutions, LLC

The IT Director, Network and Cybersecurity, will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity. This includes hands-on management and strategic oversight of our hybrid cloud/on-premises environment, ensuring the security and resilience of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Infrastructure Management:

  • Oversee and manage the entire IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Implement and maintain robust IT policies and procedures to support business operations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

• Cybersecurity Oversight:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect company assets.
  • Manage and oversee EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) and MDR (Managed Detection and Response) systems.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security risks.
  • Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats and ensure proactive measures are in place.

• Hybrid Cloud/On-Premises Environment:

  • Manage and optimize a hybrid cloud/on-premises environment, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
  • Leverage strong experience with Azure and AWS to support and enhance cloud infrastructure.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and availability across all IT systems.

• Virtualization and Storage Management:

  • Manage VMWare environments to ensure efficient virtualization of resources.
  • Oversee storage solutions, with a strong emphasis on EMC storage systems.
  • Implement and manage Site Recovery Manager for robust disaster recovery planning and execution.

• Disaster Recovery:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Conduct regular disaster recovery tests and drills to ensure preparedness and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience as an IT Director or in a similar senior IT management role.
• Hands-on experience in managing IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge and experience with EDR, MDR, vulnerability measures, and penetration testing.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing a hybrid cloud/on-premises environment.
• Extensive experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
• Strong experience with VMWare virtualization.
• In-depth knowledge of EMC storage systems.
• Experience with Site Recovery Manager and disaster recovery planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or VCP (VMware Certified Professional) are a plus.
