RATE RANGE: $26-28/hr.
SUMMARY:
Our client, a full-service specialty contractor established in Washington DC and serving over 14 states is currently undergoing a digital transformation and is looking for a Tier 1 Help Desk Technician to assist with IT needs for an ongoing contract.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle basic troubleshooting, ticket requests, and the overall ticketing system. The firm currently uses Genuity for its ticketing system which is open source with plug-ins connects and connects Azure.
The firm is a PC firm, 80 Employees. Will need to assist with basic hardware resets and troubleshooting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1-2 Years of customer service experience in a corporate environment, preferably in the IT space.
Help Desk Ticketing experience a plus, but not required.
College Degree is a plus, but not required.
