Pay Range:$18.76 - $24.50 per hour

Summary:

• Provide daily onsite desktop support in Caledonia, MI.
• Must have strong problem-solving skills for hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Additional responsibilities include executive support, AV conference room support, and being an escalation point for the Caledonia campus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain conference rooms and resolve issues via email, chat, phone, and ticketing system.
• Track and monitor problems, update support articles, and troubleshoot unfamiliar issues.
• Lift and place equipment, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and use collaboration tools.
• Have fundamental knowledge of computer networking.
• Provide exemplary customer service.

Must-Have Skills:

• 1-3 years of desktop support experience.
• CompTia A, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, and Google IT Support certifications are preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
