Duration: 06 to 12months contract
Job Description:
· Help with troubleshooting hardware and software
· Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
· Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques
Responsibilities:
· Respond to tech inquiries via email, through online chats, over the phone, or in person
· Inform customers about IT security products and services
· Proven experience as a help desk support
Experience:
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
· Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems and experience troubleshooting hardware and software
Skills:
· A+
· ComPTIA
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree.
