About the Job
CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking a dedicated individual for a long-term, full-time contract position as a Hospital Service Desk Analyst. This role will operate on a rotating schedule and be stationed in downtown Fort Worth, TX.
Position Summary
As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will join the Desktop Engineering team, contributing to various IT disciplines crucial for supporting technical infrastructure.
- Addressing Service Desk calls related to desktop and laptop Windows operating systems
- Conducting computer hardware troubleshooting
- Providing application support and monitoring
- Resolving Microsoft Office and Exchange issues
- Troubleshooting Active Directory group policies and security
- Utilizing enterprise-level tools for system imaging
- Addressing tier-1 network and telecommunications issues.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a 24/7 IT Service Desk or IT Customer Service call center environment.
- Flexibility to work any shift, including overnight, weekends, and holidays, as well as being available for on-call duties.
- Experience with EPIC is preferred but no required.
- Must be comfortable working in a hospital setting
