Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT engineering team, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Develop and implement IT strategies and systems that align with the company’s business objectives.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of new IT systems and enhancements to existing systems.
- Manage the IT engineering budget, making sure resources are allocated effectively.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT engineering team.
- Ensure all IT systems and processes comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT engineering team, and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior IT engineering role, with a focus on systems administration.
- Proven experience leading and managing a team of IT professionals.
- Strong knowledge of systems administration, including operating systems, networks, hardware, and software.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
